This sauce is especially flavourful; be prepared to enjoy the way the grated ginger and garlic blends with the soy, brown sugar and Sriracha sauces. Can’t find Sriracha? Substitute it for garlic chili sauce. You should be able to find both in the Asian condiment section of your grocery store.
EASY BAKE
Please don’t second guess the high oven temperature – it accomplishes two things. First, it sears the outside of the fish so that the flesh gets soft and flakey, then it cooks the sauce to a pleasant crisp. All quite yummy!
