Here are a few more tips about making these TENDER PORK RIBS WITH BBQ SAUCE:
Doesn’t take much to take your next rib night from simple to amazing!
INGREDIENTS
The above pic says it all; only four ingredients are needed! We suggest starting by peeling the silver skin off the back of each rack. Removing this tough membrane yields tender ribs. After that, there’s no need to pull out things like garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper and dark brown sugar. Simply season the front and back of each rack of ribs with a light sprinkle of kosher salt and black pepper. That’s all the spice rub they need; our barbecue sauce will provide the rest of the flavour. Easy!
Although the recipe calls for 1 cup of BBQ Sauce, feel free to use more!
WATC BBQ SAUCE
Our BBQ SAUCE is mighty tasty and we encourage you to share your comments on our product page HERE. We suggest giving the bottle a shake every time you go to use it, then simply add some to boost the flavour profile of a particular recipe. You can also use it as a condiment and add it to hamburgers, hot dogs or grilled steak. It’s especially wonderful brushed onto wings, beef ribs or chops. We’ve listed nutrition facts on the label including details on calories, and levels of carbohydrates, protein and cholesterol.
The perfect temperature to cook baby back ribs nice and slowly.
COOKING TEMPERATURE
Good news! You can make pork baby back ribs on a smoker, gas grill, charcoal grill, campfire or in the oven. The one thing that we found super important is the cooking temperature of 250°F or 121°C, where they’re cooked slowly for two hours. Basting them with WATC BBQ SAUCE while they cook creates tender, moist ribs with lots and lots of flavour. We know you’ll love them.
Don’t forget to brush the sauce on both sides of the ribs.
BRUSH LIBERALLY
PRO TIP! Feel free to brush both sides of your ribs liberally with WATC BBQ SAUCE. The low sugar content in our sauce along with that lower cook temperature means fewer flare-ups and burning. The sauce also has a perfect consistency to cling to whatever you’re making.
Wait until you try ribs cooked this way. Amazing!
SERVE
When the ribs are done, bring them off the grill and invert them onto a cutting board, bones facing upwards. Grab a sharp knife and cut down between the bones to serve them individually, or cut 2-rib portions. Serve them with our CREAMY COLESLAW, SMASHED POTATOES or this MILK & BUTTER BOILED CORN. Fair warning; people do tend to pick these ribs up by hand, so have extra dinner napkins at the ready.
Perfectly prepared baby back ribs.
