Ingredients for Lemon Garlic Butter Shrimp

SKILLET WORKS

One of the great things about this recipe is the simplicity of flashing the shrimp in a hot skillet and just adding in the rest of the ingredients as you go. Thankfully, all of the ingredients are easy to find with most available at your local grocery store.

The star of this recipe is shrimp and you should feel confident using either fresh or thawed from frozen. The recipe calls for the shrimp to be peeled and deveined, so ask your fishmonger to do it or prepare them yourself if you can.

Because garlic is so good for us, and because we’re crazy about the flavour, we say bring it! Feel free to add more than the recipe calls for; both garlic and lemon on shrimp seem meant for one another.
