This moist, tender meat works so well when blended with the other ingredients, but the flavour of the ham is just great when prepared this way. You can also use a small pre-cooked ham available in the deli section of your grocery store if need be.

CHOP AND BLEND

This DEVILED HAM SPREAD is easy to prepare, especially if you use a food processor or handy chopper as we’ve done. Simply place everything into the canister fitted with the blade attachment and run the machine on low speed.

Because the spread can be enjoyed a number of different ways (see below) we think it should be somewhat smooth yet still a bit chunky. Process it to a spreadable consistency. Watch the VIDEO attached to this story to get an idea of what worked for us.
