Here are a few tips on making it:

Ingredients for Chocolate Peppermint Bark

GO FOUR IT

With only four ingredients, how can you not make it? I mean seriously. We love the way the flavours of the three chocolates play off each other. If one isn’t to your liking, you can of course make it without, but that just wouldn’t be right. All for one and one for all!

THE MELT

Melting up the chocolate is easy, especially if you do it old-school using the double boiler method. Although I’ve provided a link to purchase a real double boiler in the links below, feel free to make do with what you have. You can always place a stainless steel bowl over a pot of simmering water to accomplish the same result. Melting chocolate is easy.

SPRINKLES

Back in the day, I’m sure my mom would have had me yanking a few candy canes off the tree then smashing them with a hammer or mallet or some such. Thankfully crushed candy canes are available in bulk food and grocery stores. Buy extra just in case you need to make the recipe again – hint!

FOR YOU

Always a good idea to spread a bit of holiday love this time of year. That said, don’t let the calendar cramp your giving style. Package this TRIPLE CHOCOLATE PEPPERMINT BARK in attractive little boxes, tins or fancy cellophane bags and give it away as a sweet little gift. Package some with our CHOCOLATE ALMOND TOFFEE BARK for extra points! Don’t forget to write a little tag, “For You”.
