  1. Cook rapini in a pot of boiling water for 2 minutes. Strain and immediately transfer to an ice bath to cool. Lay cooked rapini onto a clean dish towel to dry.
  2. Heat oil and melt butter in a large skillet set to medium-high heat. Add garlic and chili flakes and cook until fragrant. Add rapini, salt and lemon juice. Toss the rapini in the pan to heat.
  3. Transfer to service platter, garnish with Parmesan and serve.
