Ingredients for Mixed Berry Coulis

BERRY GREAT

We gathered four of our favourite berries for this post and love the taste when blended together for this recipe. Although we’re using fresh raspberries, strawberries, blackberries and blueberries, feel free to use the same quantity of frozen berries too. You can also get singular with your berry choices and make just a strawberry or blueberry coulis. Let necessity and personal taste be your guide.

TOP CHOICE

After making your coulis, get creative with how to enjoy it. You can use it as a topper for a NO-BAKE CHEESECAKE, but why not change up your favourite PANCAKE or FRENCH TOAST breakfast? This coulis is heavenly drizzled over both. It’s also mighty fine spooned over ice cream like our HOMEMADE VANILLA or tart STRAWBERRY RHUBARB. It adds a certain yum to each and all.
