Looking for TOP RATED HEALTHY RECIPES? Here are our most popular as selected by you. Try one, try them all – healthy and delicious awaits!

You did it! You survived the holidays and hopefully enjoyed some good food and good times with your family and friends. That said, if your holidays were anything like ours, perhaps you enjoyed a little too much, right?

Well, not to worry, because we’ve got what you need to start 2019 with delicious and healthy recipes.

Here are a few of our most popular recipes for some inspiration.

We make and drink this stellar freshly squeezed juice all the time. It’s packed with vitamins, minerals, and nutrients, but the real standout are those cranberries! Remember, for best results, drink your juice within an hour of making it to enjoy all the health benefits of the just-released enzymes. If you need a powerhouse breakfast of goodness and could use a refreshing change from oatmeal, cream of wheat or granola, prepare to be amazed. Teff is a high-fibre grain loaded with protein, manganese, iron, and calcium. One cup of cooked teff has about 255 calories and it’s gluten-free too. Safe to say you’ll be making and enjoying this healthy cereal replacement again and again!

This salad is seriously addictive and includes some incredibly healthy ingredients like cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, apple, pecans and asiago cheese. It’s finished with a SIMPLE LEMON VINAIGRETTE, and we especially love how it holds up when you take it to school, work or away with you for the weekend.

Jam-packed with nutrients and flavour, this salad has it all. When a salad is this good, it disappears in no time when we make it thanks to a perfect blend of assorted fresh vegetables and the nutty-flavoured quinoa base. You can make this recipe with the simple dressing as listed or, try it with THIS ranch dressing! Make it at the start of your week and enjoy it for lunch or dinner. Yum!

Who says healthy can’t both look and taste great? These easy-to-make stuffed peppers check off all the boxes of goodness and we’re quite proud that they’re also vegan and gluten-free. Here’s a stuffed pepper recipe the entire family will enjoy. It’s clean eating at its best!

We hope these suggestions inspire you to enjoy some healthy good eats. Here’s to a happy, healthy 2019!
